We purchase our butcher meat & chicken products from Penman of Crail. We receive a delivery each day of the week except Sundays. Again should you wish a particular cut of meat or perhaps a special order such as a Beef Wellington, lamb or a Rib Roast, we would be able to order this for you and have it delivered to the Deli, next day if order placed before 12.00 noon, for you to collect or for us to deliver to your home.

 

Over and above the "best bacon in Scotland" produced by Puddledub, we stock several flavours from their 16 strong recipe range of Pork Sausages available from Puddledub Pork and Fifeshire Bacon Co. They also produce a range of Gluten Free Sausages and Gluten Free Burgers.

We are happy to order anything else from their product list, just let us know what you would like by Tuesday mid-day, and it should be delivered to the Deli on Friday morning throughout the year.

Remember, you can pre-order and collect and for larger orders we can deliver your shopping within a 5 mile radius for FREE!

 

On the run up to Christmas we will have our usual order sheets available for Fresh Turkey, Goose, Duck, Large Chickens, Pork & Gammon Joints and all the usual trimmings.

We will also have our Cocktail mince pies, and Canape selection to choose from to assist you with home festive entertaining.

Let's not forget the beverages - we endeavor to always have in stock, something a little diverse in our beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks for your pleasure. Scotland has recently become one the best places to sample the new resurgence in specialty Gins, craft beers and whiskies.
